CSC Global Alumni is pleased to partner with CSC UK to launch the Global Leadership Series in the United Kingdom.
Chair of CSC Global Alumni, Michael Wright, says the partnership is an important part of the development of the organisation.
“Working with CSC UK opens up leadership development and networking opportunities for alumni, no matter where in the world they are – all aimed at strengthening our role as being a force for good in the world,” Mr Wright said.
The inaugural CSC Global Alumni / CSC UK event will feature Chief Executive Officer of bp, Bernard Looney, as guest speaker, in the presence of HRH The Princess Royal, Princess Anne.
Mr Looney will discuss leadership and sustainability within the context of climate, communities, energy and the environment.
CSC alumni from all international CSC affiliated programmes will be able to register to attend the event via video link and invite registered guests in current or emerging leadership roles who they think would benefit from attending the event.
The event will be hosted at Coutts London by CEO and CSC UK Vice Chair, Peter Flavel, and CSC UK Chair Sir Alan Parker CVO.
Our Guest Speaker – bp CEO, Bernard Looney
Bernard joined bp in 1991 as a drilling engineer. Now CEO, he is leading a radical transformation of the company as it heads for net zero by 2050 or sooner and substantial investments in reducing emissions to be delivered by 2023.
